BUYER PERSONA

At the basic level we should understand the age, gender, geographic location as well as the language they speak.

We have found A who is 25 yrs old male from Texas, B  who is 16 yrs old female from France, and C who is 32 years male from Canada. Already there are quite a variation acrosses the International brand of the customers, we need to define the persona a little more. The next step is to find out why they come to our business and what they expect to find. One person may want the lowest price level, another is an aspiring athlete and wants variant athlete products and the third one wants the best stylish variation. After finding all the choices then we must find the buying preferences. One prefers buying physically in-store, second prefer buying in desktop computers, and third prefers buying in mobile devices. after knowing each persona we can create a strategy in a more relevant way.

SMART GOALS 

SMART is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. Specific means we must be specific to set the goals, Measurable means a way to measure it to achieve success, To get our goals achievable we need to be realistic.

If we say provide good service to customers, it is not a smart goal, because it is not specific, not measurable, and definitely not timely. If we say increase customer satisfaction score to 90% this year. This is a great smart goal because it is a specific measurable and attainable outcome.

Again if we say create a new website for my business. This is not a smart goal. Because it is not showing measurable, timely criteria of a smart goal. If we say create a new website for my business by December 31 st utilizing a website development company to build the site and create a payment interface. This is a great example of a smart goal because it clearly defines what our objective is, how and when we are going to achieve it, and how it relates to our company's business goals.
