Why does User Generated Content (UGC) essential for Social Media? If you want to run a contest or promotion, how can it help you?

When we want to launch a new product or want to gain lots of attention etc then contest is the best way to reach, engage our community, or boost very much. If we want our product viral or if we want to get more and more reach, engagement, etc then there is no alternative to contest.

Among the different types of contests, User-generated content (UGC) plays a very vital role in Instagram. There is nothing but UGC which is crucial for engaging or connecting with people with our brand or product on Instagram.

If we run content by using photos or videos then it creates an emotional connection between consumers and the brand. It helps to reach beyond our audience because when Instagram users post their entries their followers see it too.

What will be the characteristics of a perfect sales-generating type Instagram Business Profile? Share the optimization process.

1. Your Business Username --- I have to use a recognizable username because it is my business name and also the users can easily find me by it.

2. Make Your Profile Public-- I have to make my profile public, so people can easily find my brand.

3. Your Business Name-- I have to make sure to add my full business name to the “name” section in settings. This will appear under my profile picture and under your username/handle in search.

4. Add Links to my Bio --  Adding a link to my description section will make it easy for followers to go straight to my website.

5. Location -- I have to add location because when people see beautiful photos, they often want to know where they’re taken.

6. Post Relatable, Inclusive Content -- I have to post relatable content because the more our users relate to the content we’re posting, the more likely we are to get more followers.

7. Customize our Posts -- I have to use filters, tags, links, and hashtags to your photos.

8. Use High-Quality Photos -- I have to use high-quality photos because no one prefers pixelated, blurry images.

9. Calls-to-Action Links -- If we want our followers to take action ( like entering a contest), I have to call them to do it. I have to use links in our captions for our CTAs.

What will be the basic buyer persona for life-style type e-Commerce Business?

Step 1: Research your target audience -- I have to research my target audience. As it is a lifestyle type of e-commerce, so I have to find out the target audience who particularly like this lifestyle.

Step-2 Narrow down the most common details -- I have to narrow down the audiences by  Demographics (age, occupation, etc.), Behaviors (skill level, interest in your product offering, etc.), Challenges, interests, and Email preferences (how often they want to receive emails, when they open their emails, etc.)

Step 3: Create separate personas-- Now that we have ve narrowed down the most common details about our customers, we should organize those details into separate personas.

To do this, identify people in your audience with the same challenges and goals and group them into their own category. These different categories will represent different personas.

For example, if I am a fitness instructor, I may have clients who want to increase muscle and gain weight and others who want to lose weight. Since they have very different goals, I should create two separate personas for these clients.

Step 4: Give your personas names -- The best way to write for and think about our buyer persona is to give them a name! Assigning a name to our persona will remind us that we’re speaking to an actual person when we write emails. This can help us write more personalized content.
